Publicly displayed questions for advisers / firms on Verified as well as Elevation are:
- Star rating (overall rating, plus ratings for quality of service, advice, and value for money)
- What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
- How did [adviser name] help you?
- Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
- What could they have done better? (optional)
All other questions are private to the firm and adviser.
For firms on Elevation only (private mode)
For firms on Elevation only, all feedback is private and will not appear online.
Advisers & firms have the option to add on the Verified service from VouchedFor, which will make certain parts of the review public, in line with the section above in this article.
