Calculation of overall rating
Verified Profiles: Overall Star Rating Score
An adviser's overall profile rating out of 5 stars is a weighted average of the overall rating of client reviews and first impression reviews in which first impressions count for half as much as client review.
It therefore takes into account the following factors:
1. The count of client reviews
2. The average overall rating of those client reviews (for any one review, we take the average of the 3 star ratings given for quality of advice, quality of service, and value for money, to arrive at an overall rating for that review)
3. The count of first impressions (prospective client reviews)
4. The average of those first impressions
