Hi, in this short video, I will show you how to use your VouchedFor Certificate of Excellence.

You will qualify for the Certificate of Excellence once you have 10 or more client reviews, with an average rating of at least 4.5 out of 5. As the name suggests, it is a certificate that shows your doing a great job for your clients, and a new one is issued at the end of each fiscal quarter - Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. 

The Certificate of Excellence is a great way to show prospects (from all sources!) that your clients rate you highly. This reassures people that they're in good hands and means more referrals (your clients can see it's not just them who thinks you're great), better conversion rates (when was the last time you made an important purchase without reading reviews?), improved client satisfaction (they can see that you care) and even, a happier team (who know you care about your clients)! 

To access your Certificate of Excellence, simply log into VouchedFor and click Reputation Tools. 

Choose the date of the certificate you want and click to download. 

Here's 7 ideas on how to make the most of your Certificate of Excellence! 

1. Frame it and put it on your desk or wall 

2. Put it in your shop window, if you have one 

3. Attach it to your emails 

4. Include it in prospect and client information packs 

5. Include in in mailings to clients 

6. Post it on Social media 

7. Mention it on your VouchedFor Profile
