How to use the Certificate of Excellence
VouchedFor's top tips to make the most of your Certificate of Excellence
The Certificate of Excellence is available to all advisers with 10+ reviews in the 12 months prior to each certificate being published (client reviews and first impression reviews) with an average rating of 4.5+ from those reviews.
The Certificate is released in the first week of each quarter:
- Autumn certificate
- Published on 3rd January
- Cut off to qualify is midnight on the 31st December
- Covers reviews from 1st January year X to the 31st December of year X
- Winter certificate
- Published on 3rd April
- Cut off to qualify is midnight on the 31st March
- Covers reviews from 1st April year X to the 31st March of year X+1
- Spring certificate
- Published on 3rd July
- Cut off to qualify is midnight on the 30th June
- Covers reviews from 1st July year X to the 30th June of year X+1
- Summer certificate
- Published on 3rd October
- Cut off to qualify is midnight on the 30th September
- Covers reviews from 1st October year X to the 30th September of year X+1
The Certificate gives you a chance to display your well-rated status to prospects from VouchedFor as well as all other sources.

Hi, in this short video, I will show you how to use your VouchedFor Certificate of Excellence.
You will qualify for the Certificate of Excellence once you have 10 or more client reviews, with an average rating of at least 4.5 out of 5. As the name suggests, it is a certificate that shows your doing a great job for your clients, and a new one is issued at the end of each fiscal quarter - Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn.
The Certificate of Excellence is a great way to show prospects (from all sources!) that your clients rate you highly. This reassures people that they're in good hands and means more referrals (your clients can see it's not just them who thinks you're great), better conversion rates (when was the last time you made an important purchase without reading reviews?), improved client satisfaction (they can see that you care) and even, a happier team (who know you care about your clients)!
To access your Certificate of Excellence, simply log into VouchedFor and click Reputation Tools.
Choose the date of the certificate you want and click to download.
