Smarter, sharper, simpler: the new Elevation dashboard

Edited

At VouchedFor, we believe better insights lead to better outcomes - for firms, advisers, and, most importantly, clients. That’s why we’re upgrading Elevation, the performance dashboard built for advisers.

These updates mark a shift in how Elevation supports you, from simply showing where you are to helping you clearly see where and how to improve.

Until now, Elevation has played a key role in helping firms meet Consumer Duty requirements, surfacing client feedback and highlighting potential areas of risk. But we know that, at times, it’s felt more like a compliance checkpoint than a tool for continuous improvement - offering reassurance when things look good, but not always clear direction when they don’t.

With these changes, we’ve reworked Elevation to become a practical improvement tool, one that doesn’t just monitor performance but guides you toward delivering better client experiences and outcomes.

We’ve introduced clearer, more meaningful scoring. We’ve refined the way risk is shown, so you can confidently act on it. And we’ve made benchmarking more statistically fair and accurate, so you can genuinely understand how you compare - not just against an average, but against your peers.

The goal is simple: to give you the clarity and confidence to move beyond compliance and take real steps to improve for your clients, your team, and your firm.

What’s new?

Clearer, more actionable insights

We’ve redesigned the dashboard for clarity. From a new date filter to improved visibility of client responses, it’s now easier to spot trends-and act on them.

Simplified view of risk

Risk is one of Elevation’s core measures. We now show where risk exists, not just where it doesn’t. That means clearer priorities and less guesswork.

Tangible growth metrics

Instead of tracking the “% of passionate advocates”, we now show the average number of client recommendations per review. It’s a more direct, outcome-focused way to measure organic growth.

Smarter benchmarking

We’ve switched from averages to percentile ranking. So now you can see whether you’re in the top 10%, top 25%, or top 50%- giving you a clearer sense of how you compare, and where to improve.

Personalised, practical guidance

Need help improving your scores? The new dashboard includes smart in-product suggestions based on what’s working well across the industry at firm, adviser, and client level.
