1. Complete your profile
Your profile is what prospective clients see when they find you. A complete profile is the difference between a browser and an enquiry.
Upload a professional photo
Write your About Me section
Add your qualifications and experience
Set your services, minimum wealth or mortgage levels, and meeting options

2. Invite your first reviews
Reviews are the biggest driver of visibility on VouchedFor. The directory sorts advisers by review count and recency: the more recent, high quality reviews you have, the higher you appear.
Aim to invite 2-3 clients per week
Include prospects too (First Impression reviews)
Reply to reviews as they come in

3. Set up your reputation tools
Once you've collected a few reviews, put them to work everywhere clients encounter you:
Add the Rating Widget to your website
Add your email signature with the Verified badge
Share reviews on social media using Social Share

4. Turn on Annual Feedback
Annual Feedback automatically invites past clients to leave a short follow up review each year: a low effort way to keep your profile fresh and evidence ongoing service under Consumer Duty.
You can enable this under Manage Feedback → Annual Feedback.
5. Add your fees
Being upfront about fees reduces time spent on unsuitable enquiries and builds trust with prospects.
