Getting Started with VouchedFor (Adviser Accounts)

Welcome to VouchedFor – your platform for uncovering insights, reducing risk, and driving improvements across your business using real client feedback.

This guide will walk you through:

• How to log in for the first time

• Navigating the homepage

• Understanding each menu item

You can log into your account anytime at https://accounts.vouchedfor.co.uk/login

On your first login:

1. Check your inbox: Look out for an email from VouchedFor Customer Service with the subject line “Your VouchedFor adviser account”.

2. Click the link to set your password: Choose a secure password (at least 8 characters with a combination of lower and upper case letters and numbers) and click ‘Save Password’.

3. You're in! You’ll be taken directly to your VouchedFor Account

On your homepage, you'll see a snapshot of the engagement your public profile is achieving.

• Top-Rated Adviser Progress: Track your steps toward achieving Top-Rated adviser status and appearing in VouchedFor's Top Rated adviser guide.

• Overview of your impact: See how your reviews are influencing engagement

  • Reviews: Number and type (existing client or first impression from a prospect)

  • Profile Visits: Number of potential clients viewing your profile

  • Influenced: Prospects who became clients after reading your reviews

  • Recommenders: Clients more likely to refer you based on reviews

The menu on the left side of your screen is divided into four main sections:

These is where you can see an overview and gather more client feedback.

• Invite Feedback: Send review invitations to clients and prospects

• Manage Feedback: View and manage all of your reviews

This is where you access data and insights to improve client experience. See an overview of Elevation here.

⚠️ Note: This section will be greyed out unless you, your firm or network has purchased an Elevation licence.

• Dashboard: See a breakdown of your scores, risk alerts and benchmark your performance against the industry

• Client Answers: View all responses by Elevation goal - increase recommendations per client, reduce risk and increase prospect conversion

• Action List: Manage risks and opportunities highlighted in your feedback

Manage your visibility and leads on VouchedFor’s public directory.

⚠️ Note: This section will be greyed out unless you have upgraded to Verified yourself or your firm has paid for it.

• Reputation Tools: Marketing tools such as an email signature and widgets to add to your website to boost your online presence and brand

• Advice Fees: Add your fee data so it's easy for prospective clients to view what they could be charged

• Referral Generator: Incentives to help generate referrals from existing clients

• Enquiries: View and manage enquiries from your public profile

Manage your profile and view your firm details.

• Profile: Edit your details (name, contact info, etc.)

• Firm: View your firm's profile (contact us to become a firm administrator)

• Billing: Manage your licence and payment details
