What if my firm or network is inviting feedback centrally?

Edited

In some cases, your firm or network may choose to manage the issuance of feedback requests centrally. This means that the responsibility for sending out review invitations is handled by your firm's or network’s administrative team, and you, as an adviser, will not need to be involved in the process of issuing feedback surveys.

  • If you prefer to continue sending feedback invitations yourself, the system allows you to do so in parallel with the central management.

  • There is no restriction on advisers issuing surveys independently if they choose to. The system is designed to accommodate both methods simultaneously.

Tracking Invitations in your account:

The system maintains a log of who has already been invited to provide feedback, whether centrally or by you. This ensures that there is full visibility on which customers have already received a feedback request. Access this by downloading the invite history in your account.

Avoiding Duplicate Invitations:

When your firm or network sends out an invite, the system is set up to flag customers who have already received a request. This functionality ensures that no customer is sent duplicate invitations, maintaining a streamlined and efficient process.
