How Do I Cancel My Membership?
If you’d like to cancel your Verified membership, here’s how to do it and what to expect.
How to cancel
To cancel your membership, email our team at customer_service@vouchedfor.co.uk with:
Your name and phone number
Your firm name
Confirmation that you’d like to cancel
An Account Manager will then be in touch by phone to confirm your cancellation and talk through your options.
Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
What happens to your account
Once your membership is cancelled:
Your VouchedFor profile will no longer appear in search results or on Google.
Your public profile will be removed.
You’ll lose access to marketing tools - email signatures, certificates of excellence, rating widgets, social share.
You won’t be eligible for the Top Rated Adviser Guide.
Any scheduled Annual Feedback invites to your clients will be cancelled.
Your reviews stay in our system and will reappear on your profile if you rejoin in the future.
