How Do I Cancel My Membership?
Thinking of Cancelling? Here’s What to Consider First
We understand that circumstances can change. However, before cancelling your membership, it’s worth considering what you’d be stepping away from:
Your VouchedFor profile will no longer appear on Google, making it harder for prospective clients to find you or read your reviews.
You will no longer appear in VouchedFor search results, and your public profile will be removed.
You won’t be eligible to feature in the Top Rated Adviser Guide.
You’ll lose access to marketing tools such as:
Email signature badges
Certificates of Excellence
Website widgets
Any scheduled Annual Feedback requests for your clients will be cancelled.
You’ve worked hard to build your reputation, and we’d love to help you protect it.
Need a Short Break?
If you simply need some time away or are moving firms, you can pause your membership for up to 3 months instead of cancelling.
How to Cancel
To cancel your membership:
Log into your account.
Go to Billing & Settings.
Complete the Cancellation Request Form.
A Success Manager will be in touch to confirm your cancellation, and you’ll also receive a confirmation email once it’s processed.
