Changing firm details
When performing our checks, we verify the firm name and email addresses of professionals registered with VouchedFor.
Therefore, any time that an adviser changes firms we ask that you will get in touch with us. We will change over your Firm FCA number, remove you from old Firm Profiles and re-run the checks on the new information.

Please note that if you are listed as a Financial Coach on the site, the above does not apply due to our Financial Coach policy. Please get in touch with us if you are a Financial Coach changing firms.
Changing your email address
If you would like to change your email address, you can do this by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Settings and Billing" tab on the left-hand side.
Once you have changed the email address you will need to complete the automatic verification steps before this is completed.
