Automating Feedback Invitations Using Our API

We have an API available for any firms who would like to automate the feedback invitation process using an API method.

Below is a process overview as well as the key variables you will need to send as part of the API request.
Process overview:
Variables you would need to send from your system as part of the API request:
- Client first name
- Client email
- Adviser (You will need to provide the list of advisers to VouchedFor so that we can map their ID in your system to their profile on VouchedFor)
- Invitation type: this will be used to determine whether to send a prospect first impression or a client feedback invitation.
