What happens if an adviser moves firms?
For advisers on Verified and Elevation:
If an adviser from your firm leaves and moves to another firm, or sets up their own firm, their profile will continue to show all their reviews, as per our policy on this.
The Elevation data for that adviser will remain visible to their original firm, for reviews gathered up until the point they leave. The firm will not see any Elevation data for new reviews the adviser collects at their new firm.
If the adviser's new firm is not signed up to Elevation, the adviser will no longer see any of their Elevation data. The new firm will not see any Elevation data either.
However if the new firm is also signed up to Elevation, the adviser will have access to all their historical and future Elevation data, as will their new firm.
For advisers on Elevation/private mode only:
The Elevation data for that adviser will remain visible to their original firm, for reviews gathered up until the point they leave. The firm will not see any Elevation data for new reviews the adviser collects at their new firm.
If the adviser's new firm is not signed up to Elevation, the adviser will no longer see any of their Elevation data. The new firm will not see any Elevation data either.
However if the new firm is also signed up to Elevation, the adviser will have access to all their historical and future Elevation data, as will their new firm.
If an adviser at any point chooses to go public with their feedback on our Verified plan, then the public element for all their reviews (from the old firm and new) will be visible on their public profile.
