Matched Enquiries

What is a 'matched enquiry'?

Many consumers aren't sure what type of advice they need but have a recognised need for help in a particular area e.g. pensions, inheritance planning, mortgages.

We work with various media partners and paid marketing channels to help these consumers find a VouchedFor adviser.

The consumer will complete some basic information about their needs and wealth/mortgage level, and we will then find the best matched adviser near them to help.

Example first step of a form:

Once we have chosen an adviser who can help, we will email their profile link to the consumer so they are aware of who will be getting in touch. This happens at the same time as the email notification to advisers that they have a new enquiry.

These matched enquiries are different to our main directory journey, where consumers choose the adviser themselves.
